Na realize ko na hindi sa lahat ng oras eh kelangan mong maging malungkot o kelangan mo magpaka-depress. Kasi pag ginawa mo yun, hindi mo mapapansin yung mga tao o mga bagay na maaari palang makapagpasaya sayo kasi busy ka sa pagiging malungkot. Pag nagsimula ka na maging masaya, makakalimutan mo na yung mga bagay na naging dahilan ng kalungkutan mo. Hindi mo man makalimutan completely, pero at least, nabawasan.
